Ololo Express Refund & Return Policy

Overview

This Refund and Return Policy applies only to Ololo Express Verified Online Marketplace and does not extend to any other Ololo Express platforms unless explicitly stated. By shopping on our verified platform, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Gifts, food items, and products on sale are non-returnable. Fashion items are eligible for return only within one (1) business day after delivery. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit unless the product is out of stock or unavailable. Refunds do not apply to items with broken screens.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The item must be returned within the allowable return period (see category-specific details below).


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gifts

  • Food and perishable items

  • Sale items

  • Health and personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Category-Specific Return Policy

  • Fashion Items: Return within one (1) business day of delivery. Items must be unworn and with original tags.

  • Electronics and Other Products: Must be returned within 7 days. Broken screens are not covered under our return policy.

  • Gifts and Perishables: No returns or exchanges allowed.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • You will receive an email notification of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed as store credit. If the product is out of stock or discontinued, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically process within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or mobile wallet account.

  2. Contact your payment provider (e.g. card issuer or mobile money operator).

  3. If still unresolved, contact us.


Exchanges

Items can only be exchanged if defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us with proof of damage.

  • Send the item to vendor after approval.


Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

  • Return items to: Vendor

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service for high-value items. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
