1. General Use

By posting content or using the Platform, vendors agree to:

  • Ensure all listings and media (images, videos, descriptions) comply with Ghanaian law and international standards.

  • Accept full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

  • Not post content that infringes on intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any individual or organization.

Ololo Express assumes no responsibility for illegal, false, or misleading content uploaded by users.

2. Copyright & Content Ownership

By submitting content to Ololo Express, vendors:

  • Grant Ololo Express a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, publish, adapt, and distribute that content across its services and partner platforms.

  • Understand that Ololo Express may display listings across affiliate websites or mobile platforms under the same conditions.

  • Acknowledge that all proprietary materials on the platform—including trademarks, designs, features, logos, and software—remain the property of Ololoexpress.com or its licensors.

No content may be reused or copied without express written permission.

3. Image Use & Editorial Rights

  • All images uploaded may be watermarked to prevent unauthorized use.

  • Ololo Express reserves the right to edit titles or descriptions for clarity, SEO, or content quality purposes.

  • Inappropriate, misleading, or low-quality images may be rejected or removed without notice.

4. Verified Vendor Policy

  • Vendors who subscribe to Verified Vendor Packages are granted access to extended visibility, faster payouts, and a dedicated online store.

  • Ololo Express reserves the right to decline or revoke verified status from vendors who breach these terms or engage in unethical behavior.

5. Privacy & Data Use

  • By using the platform, users and vendors consent to data collection for service improvement, marketing, user verification, analytics, and customer support.

  • Collected data may be shared with third-party partners or regulatory bodies where required by law.

  • We use cookies to track user engagement and personalize your experience. You may disable cookies via your browser settings, though this may impact site functionality.

6. Account Security & User Identity

  • Vendors must use a valid email address and phone number to register and post ads.

  • Ololo Express may store IP addresses to monitor compliance.

  • We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities if content violates local or international laws.

7. Payments, Promotions & Refunds

  • Some services require payment, including premium ad boosts, membership subscriptions, or listing in high-demand categories.

  • Payments may be made via mobile money, card, bank transfer, or vendor-issued vouchers.

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Vendors accept responsibility for any charges processed through third-party gateways.

8. Storefronts & Vendor Shops

  • Vendor shops are created as part of the onboarding process but will remain inactive until populated by the vendor.

  • Ololo Express retains the right to manage storefront content for SEO and platform consistency.

  • Any inappropriate or non-compliant content may be edited or removed.

9. Platform Availability

  • While we aim to offer uninterrupted service, Ololo Express cannot guarantee 24/7 uptime.

  • Technical maintenance or service interruptions may occur without prior notice.

10. External Links

  • Listings or ads may link to third-party websites. Ololo Express is not liable for content or services offered on those external sites.

  • Accessing third-party platforms is at your own risk.

11. Modifications to Terms

Ololo Express may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform and become effective immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ololo Express, its directors, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Content uploaded by the vendor

  • Illegal, misleading, or fraudulent listings

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. All legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent Ghanaian courts.
